If you are not able to download a pattern file after an eligible number of tries, please contact us and we’ll send you the file by email. Your payment will be refunded if you did not download the file from our website and want to cancel your order.
For KITS and FINISHED EMBROIDERIES:
We guarantee your money back if you are not satisfied with the product you received and return it to us during 30 days from the day it was delivered to you in case if the it is returned to us in complete and undamaged condition.
